Shipping Policy
Effective Date: November 25, 2025

Order Processing & Tracking

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, or high-volume drops.

You’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email when your order is placed

  • A shipping email with tracking once your order has been packed and prepared for shipment

Please note: A shipping email does not mean your package is yet in the courier’s possession. Tracking information may take 1–5 business days to update once the package is picked up by the carrier.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

 


 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship to all 50 states.

  • Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

  • Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

 


 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through our fulfillment partners in the U.S., UK, and EU.

Depending on product availability, your order may ship from any of these regions, even if another location is geographically closer to you.

  • Some international orders may ship from the United States, even for UK/EU customers.

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different facilities.

  • Duties, VAT, import taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility, regardless of the shipping origin.

  • Rottweiler Merch is not responsible for:

    • Customs delays

    • Import fees or taxes

    • Additional fees charged by carriers during customs processing

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on region and customs procedures.

 


 

Carrier Selection & Substitution

We reserve the right to change or substitute the shipping carrier for any order, regardless of the carrier selected at checkout.
Carrier substitution may occur to ensure faster processing, better routing, or more reliable delivery.

This substitution will not affect your shipping cost, and tracking information will be provided.

 


 

Shipping Restrictions by Region

Rottweiler Merch ships within:

  • The United States

  • The United Kingdom

  • The European Union

We do not currently ship to regions outside of these areas.

Signature Requirement

For high-value or limited-edition items, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package to avoid delays.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier

  3. Email us if it still cannot be located

Rottweiler Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery.

 


 

Address Issues

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the address is corrected.

  • Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees for reshipments.

 


 

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship on or around the date listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

  • Dates are estimates and may change.

  • If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order ships together when all items are available.

 


 

Combined Orders / Split Shipments

Items may ship separately depending on:

  • Inventory location

  • Fulfillment partner

  • Product type

Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.

 


 

Holiday or Drop Delays

During holidays, major drops, or store-wide sales, processing and shipping times may be extended.
We will always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.

 


 

Shipping Method Selection

Selecting an expedited shipping method speeds up transit time only.
Processing time still applies.
We do not guarantee delivery dates for any shipping method.

 


 

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, email help@rottweilermerch.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of what you received.
We will resolve the issue quickly.

 


 

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.

 


 

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
Double-check your items and address before completing checkout.

If you need help, email help@rottweilermerch.com as soon as possible.

 


 

Fulfillment Times by Item Type

Some products may require longer processing times, including:

  • Print-on-demand products

  • Made-to-order merchandise

  • Specialty items

  • Bundles

Orders containing multiple product types may ship separately.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to obtain an updated address.
You are responsible for paying the reshipment fee.

No In-Person Pickup

We do not offer local pickup or in-person delivery.
All orders must ship through our standard carriers.
