Refund & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: November 25, 2025
Eligibility
We accept refunds and exchanges for unworn, unused, and unwashed merchandise. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached (if applicable).

You must contact us within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or use are not eligible.

Requests made after the 7-day window may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
To start a request, email help@rottweilermerch.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo if applicable.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order.

We do not provide refunds for:

Fulfillment delays

Shipping delays caused by carriers

Customs processing

Circumstances outside our control
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer an exchange if the item is still in stock.
If the requested item is sold out, we will issue store credit or a refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us, unless we sent an incorrect or defective product.

We allow one exchange per order. Additional exchanges may incur extra shipping charges or may be declined depending on inventory availability.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

Mystery items

Digital downloads

Gift cards

Items listed as “Final Sale” on the product page
Pre-order items are made to order and may only be replaced if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

A photo of the issue

A photo of the packing slip (if available)
We’ll take care of it.
International Returns
We accept international returns; however:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs fees, duties, or import charges.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges for international customers may be limited due to overseas stock availability. In these cases, we will offer store credit or a refund.
International return shipping labels are not provided by us.
Holiday Return Extension
For orders delivered between November 15 and December 25, we extend the return window:

Holiday purchases may be returned or exchanged until January 5.

Items must still meet all eligibility requirements (unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags).

Final sale items remain final sale during holiday periods.
Return Shipping Instructions
Do not send anything back until your request is approved via email.
We will provide:

We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
